Coming up soon!

I want to find a way to teach people how to listen to their body.

How to make decisions about eating sugar super easy and guilt free.

Basically, how to be free!!

What is happy and healthy??

I am happy and healthy!

What does that mean anyway? It may mean something different for you, but here's my take, in the shortest amount of words possible.

Happy- I always enjoy SOMETHING about my day. And I am always LOOKING FORWARD to something in the near future!

In other words, I am grateful. And I have hope. Try it out!!

Healthy-  It's easy for me to move! I have energy. I am free from addictions, even sugar addictions. I am in TOTAL CONTROL of what I eat. I feel free!! Do you want to feel that way too?!

I want to help YOU get to the point that I am at. Why? Because it's SO easy. If I did it, so can you!

I was once stuck in an awful, exhausting cycle of poor health. I constantly thought and worried about my weight. I hated the 'inter-tube' planted around my waste, that got in the way when I bent over. I was always making goals to lose 15 lbs, always mad at myself for succumbing to temptation. With my worry and constant goal making, guess how much weight I lost during that time! NONE! All that desire to be healthy never came to pass. All the stress and depression and guilt for nothing! I didn't think I could ever get to my goal weight. I didn't think I could ever resists desserts, or 'happiness.' I assumed it wasn't possible.

The good news is, I got over it. And i want to show you how!

On this blog I will be posting my 'philosophies' to health. I will also show you my "Simple Days of Health," meaning what I eat, and how I think.  I hope this will help you in your journey to health, so you can enjoy the freedom I have enjoyed for years!

One more thing about me. I know weight is the only indicator of good health, but I'll give you an idea of what I'm like. I am 5'9" and 128 lbs. I used to be STUCK at 145 lbs. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't not get under it! My highest weight was 155. I lost that over roughly 18 months, until I was at 130 lbs. So I lost 25 lbs. I have kept the weight off for 4 years now! And I've never thought or worried or hassled so LITTLE about my health than I do now.

So let's get going and I'll show you how I've done it! Good luck and I hope you enjoy the journey!
